The following is the terms of the agreement as of 1/10/2005 between ("Intense Designs.net") and the buyer (“Buyer” listed below) of goods or services through Intense Designs.net. You must agree to the following terms before any work can be started, so please review these terms carefully:
1. Introduction. Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Online Contract ("Contract")
with respect to the goods, services and information provided by our services.
This Contract constitutes a agreement between the Intense Designs.net and Buyer,
and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations,
warranties, and understandings with respect to the goods,
services and information provided by Intense Designs.net,
and the subject matter of this Contract. Information will not be released
to any other organization.

Setup and Payment.
2. Buyer represents and warrants that (i) all information
supplied is true, correct and complete and
agrees to pay in FULL the total amount due at the time the
severices are completed unless other arrangements have been
made. Buyer agrees to pay any and all court cost as a result of lack of payment
for services performed by Intense Designs.net. Intense Designs agrees to
perform the services between Intense Designs and the Buyer as discussed in a timely
manner.
